Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Video Editor & Social Media Manager (portfolio required).
  2. Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
  3. Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator – added advantage).
  4. Hands-on experience with social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
  5. Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  7. Basic knowledge of SEO and paid ads (preferred but not mandatory).


Video Editing

  1. Shoot, edit, and finalize video content (reels, shorts, ads, tutorials, testimonials, etc.).
  2. Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  3. Add music, graphics, voiceovers, text overlays, transitions, and animations to enhance storytelling.
  4. Repurpose long-form content into short clips for reels, shorts, and stories.
