Job Summary
The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and closing sales to achieve company targets. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling, product knowledge, and a goal-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet potential customers and present company products/services.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Handling
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and follow-up details.
- Update CRM/Excel sheets with client interactions.
- Prepare quotations and assist with sales documentation.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for smooth service delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication can apply).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
